Step It Up is taking a break for the summer but please check back in the Fall for more programs and activities designed to get TCU students, faculty and staff moving.

Join the 2021 Recreation Movement Competition
Track your minutes of activity doing cardio, lifting weights, taking a yoga class, participating in mental health programs, and more. The program offers virtual and pre-recorded classes from TCU and other universities across the country. Participants will be entered into weekly drawings for health-related incentives. Registration requires a tcu.edu email address. Sign up at recmovement.com and please log all activities after each workout or class.
