The Career Center provides programs, services, and resources that are available to all students and graduates. The Center encourages diverse representation across all recruiting practices, events, and activities. Guidance is available regarding inclusive job descriptions and compliance with standards for EEO and non-discrimination policies.

Leaders for Life
Leaders For Life is a four-year program developed to support first generation students, commuter students, students of color, and students with a high financial or social need. Participates earn an annual scholarship, attend leadership and skill development workshops, and receive individual guidance from upper-division and staff mentors.

Peer2Peer Tutor Training – Cultural Sensitivity Module
Tutors work to develop an understanding of their own personal and cultural values and beliefs as a first step in appreciating the importance of multicultural identities in the lives of the students they work with.

Students learn more about the Race & Reconciliation Initiative at TCU and how religious organizations can be sources of healing to racial injustice.

Student Organization Re-registration
TCU’s annual renewal process for student organizations includes a section concerning implementing changes to the organization based on the Diversity and Inclusion Training.

VIBE 
The focus of VIBE is to create a valued community for traditional and veteran students through networking, professional resources, and community service and partnerships. For example, Fort Worth Mayor spoke with VIBE on entrepreneurship, and what the city is doing to attract and retain young business professionals.
